Veidekke ASA: Mandatory notification of trade – Shares purchased by employees in 2022

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 21 February 2022 regarding the share offer for all employees in Veidekke.

The share scheme has for some employees been continued / extended as these were prevented from subscribing for shares during the ordinary subscription period for legal reasons. A total of 3 650 shares were purchased by these persons.

The purchases of primary insiders, as well as new holdings, are attached to this report.
