Urb-it to Provide FedEx Express with Sustainable Last-Mile Delivery Service in Paris
Paris, November 23, 2023. - Urb-it, the rapidly growing sustainable logistics platform, today announces rolling out e-cargo bikes for last-mile delivery services with FedEx, a leading international express transportation company delivering millions of parcels every day across the globe. The operations will commence in Paris, also Urb-it's single largest market.
FedEx is committed to encouraging the development of more sustainable and efficient logistics solutions as part of its efforts to achieve a goal of carbon-neutral operations globally by 2040. Electrifying the entire FedEx parcel pick-up and delivery fleet is a core element towards this goal and deploying more last-mile mobility solutions like e-cargo bikes aligns with these ambitions.
