Urb-it, the rapidly growing sustainable logistics platform, is pleased to announce the expansion of its operation in the United Kingdom to Leeds. Executing its strategy for 2023, the expansion further solidifies Urb-it's presence and coverage in the United Kingdom. This strengthens the service's appeal to retailers in the UK, allowing Urb-it to grow our revenue and delivery density in Leeds and the rest of the country.
Leeds is an ideal location for Urb-it, given the city's size, demographic, and investments in sustainability. Recently, Leeds pledged to become a carbon-neutral city by 2030. This ambition, combined with a population of over 800 000 (1.7 million metropolitan areas), a thriving business community, and its large student population, makes Leeds an attractive market for Urb-it's delivery service, which combines convenience with sustainability.
