The annual report for 2023 is expected to be published on 21 February 2024 instead of 6 March 2024. All other dates remain unchanged.

Consequently, Penneo plans to publish its

Annual Report for 2023 on 21 February 2024
Interim Report for 2024-Q1 on 23 May 2024
Interim Report for 2024-H1 on 28 August 2024
Interim Report for 2024-Q3 on 20 November 2024

The annual report is accelerated to provide Penneo's shareholders with an updated financial status ahead of the Extraordinary General Meeting on 29 February 2024.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 10 April 2024. Any issues for the agenda of the Annual General Meeting must be received by the Company no later than 26 February 2024.

Penneo.com/investors will be continuously updated with links, dates, and times of day for the presentations of the financial reports.
