Transactions carried out under Kongsberg Automotive’s share buy-back program
As announced on November 7, 2023 Kongsberg Automotive ASA (KA) has put in place a non-discretionary agreement with Danske Bank for the repurchase of up to 2.5% of its outstanding shares in the market. The share repurchases started on November 17, 2023.

The buyback program is carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (Safe Harbor Regulation).
After the above-mentioned transactions KA owns a total of 8,100,000 own shares, corresponding to 0.85% of KA’s share capital.
As communicated November 15, KA will publicly announce information about the transactions relating to the buy-back program, in a detailed form and in an aggregated form, no later than by the end of the seventh trading day following the date of the execution of such transactions. The aggregated form will indicate the aggregated volume and the weighted average price per day and per trading venue. The information will also be posted on the KA's website. The next announcement will be made after the trading day of January 8.
