Torbjörn Jacobsson joins MTI Investments subsidiary Ecohomes Company Limited as a new member of the Board

TORBJÖRN JACOBSSON JOINS MTI INVESTMENTS SUBSIDIARY ECOHOMES COMPANY LIMITED AS A NEW MEMBER OF THE BOARD

Torbjörn Jacobsson brings over 30 years of experience from roles within the manufacturing and financial sector, principally as head of risk management and governance-related issues. Jacobsson holds an MBA and M.Sc in Business Administration from Stockholm University and is today active in several boards, such as Vice Chairman in Sörmlands Sparbank and a board member in Loomis Digital Solutions. He is also involved in a Fintech startup in Tanzania called Mtaji Wetu Finance Tanzania Ltd, in which MTI Investment holds a smaller ownership position (2.1%).

In the upcoming AGM, Jacobsson will leave his role as a board member in MTI Investment, and instead, take on a more operating role within MTI Investment as Chief Governance & Risk Officer (CGRO). It is within his role as CGRO that he also has been elected board member of Ecohomes Company Limited in Tanzania.
