The Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) announces that they again approve Humana Assistans as recipient for assistance allowance

On June 21, 2023, Humana announced that the Administrative Court in Stockholm ("Administrative Court") grants Humana Assistans AB ("Humana Assistans") appeal against IVO's decision to revoke Humana Assistans' permit. Based on the Administrative Court's decision, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) announced today, 27 June 2023, that they have decided to re-approve Humana Assistans AB as a recipient of assistance allowance. The decision is effective immediately.
