The Nomination Committee's proposal regarding the Board and election of Board members

The Nomination Committee of TagMaster AB has decided to submit the following proposals to the 2023 Annual General Meeting regarding the number of Board members and the election of Board members.
The nomination committee proposes that the number of board members should continue to be four members.
The Nomination Committee further proposes re-election of Bernt Ingman, Gert Sviberg, Juan Vallejo, Liselott Lading and the re-election of Bernt Ingman as Chairperson of the Board.
The Nomination Committee of TagMaster AB comprises of Gert Sviberg (own and related companies holdings, member of TagMasters Board), Anders Bladh (related companies' holdings) Didrik Hamilton (Hamilton/Lewenhaupt sphere), Tomas Brunberg (related companies), Bernt Ingman (Chairman of TagMasters board).
The annual general meeting will be held on May 16, 2023. In connection with the publication of the notice to the annual general meeting, the nomination committee's complete proposal will be presented as well as the place and time of the annual general meeting.
