The Nomination Committee proposes Therese Hillman as new Board Member of Nordnet
The Nomination Committee of Nordnet AB (publ) proposes the election of Therese Hillman as new Board Member at the Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2024.
Therese Hillman is 43 years old and has a bachelor's degree in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. She is today the CEO of the design group Network of Design and before that, she was CEO of the game developer NetEnt AB, which was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Previous roles include CFO of NetEnt AB and CEO of the e-commerce company Gymgrossisten. Today, she is also a board member of the Danish sports media group Better Collective.
"Therese Hillman has a broad background in business management and board work, and experience from both the growth phase and the build-up phase. Her understanding of digital business models and heavily regulated environments fits perfectly for the role as board member of Nordnet", says Tom Dinkelspiel, Chairman of the Board in Nordnet.
The Nomination Committee also proposes re-election of Tom Dinkelspiel, Fredrik Bergström, Anna Bäck, Karitha Ericson, Charlotta Nilsson and Henrik Rättzén. It is also suggested that Tom Dinkelspiel is re-elected as Chairman of the Board. Since the Annual General Meeting of 2023, Per Widerström and Gustaf Unger have left the board.
