The extraordinary general meeting in Cint Group AB (publ) planned to be held tomorrow on Wednesday 14 December 2022 has been cancelled; new date will be 26 January 2023

The board of directors of Cint Group AB (publ) has decided to cancel the extraordinary general meeting that was planned to be held tomorrow on Wednesday 14 December 2022 at 10:00 CET at Convendum, Conference 1, Biblioteksgatan 29, SE-114 35 Stockholm.

The reason for cancelling the general meeting is that a significant number of US-based shareholders, due to administrative challenges, have been prevented from registering for and voting at the general meeting and also that some of our shareholders would prefer to see a more challenging performance measure in the proposed LTIP 2023. In order to ensure that all shareholders have the opportunity to vote at the extraordinary general meeting and that the proposal is aligned with our shareholders, the board of directors intends to call for a new extraordinary general meeting to be held on 26 January 2023.
