The Board of Directors of Sivers Semiconductors AB has decided on the transfer of own shares
Kista, Sweden // 13 May 2024 // Sivers Semiconductors AB (STO: SIVE), announces that the Board of Directors has decided on a transfer of own shares.
At the Annual General Meeting of Sivers Semiconductors AB on 25 May 2023, it was decided to authorize the Board of Directors to, on one or more occasions during the period until the next Annual General Meeting, resolve on the transfer of own ordinary shares. The purpose of the transfer of own ordinary shares is to finance the payment of social security charges related to the company's incentive programs.
The Board of Directors of Sivers Semiconductors AB has decided to utilize the authorization as mentioned above and transfer a maximum 2,542,860 ordinary shares. All ordinary shares that will be transferred are currently held by the company, which means that no new shares will be issued.
