The board of directors of SameSystem recommends the election of Tommy Holte for the board of directors

SameSystem’s board of Directors recommends the election of Tommy Holte at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting on 26 August 2022. Tommy Holte joins the list of candidates, which also includes Carsten Fensholt and Lars Mathiesen, as described in company announcement 17-2022.
Tommy Høyrup Holte
Tommy has more than 25 years of experience in the textile industry and has been working for SAND, Magasin du Nord, Imitz, and has for the past 14 years been CEO and partner in NN07, which has more than 500 premium retailers internationally.
Tommy has both management and operations experience and excels in working with growth cases.
Tommy holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
Holte is also an investor in SameSystem, holding 718.354 shares.
