SameSystem’s board of Directors recommends the election of Signe Trock Hilstrøm at the upcoming annual shareholders meeting, 31 January 2022.
Signe Trock Hilstrøm is a highly experienced board member, advisor, and business executive with in-depth knowledge of digital business development (e.g., digital strategy, marketing, e-commerce, digital transformation, and omnichannel) and development of SaaS companies.
Hilstrøm has a solid understanding of the driving forces in retail, having held prominent positions in major Danish retail companies such as Matas, Imerco, and Coop.
She holds an MSc in Economy from University of Copenhagen and brings valuable experience with private equity and M&A.
With her skills and expertise, Hilstrøm has the potential to play an important part in scaling SameSystem internationally.
