Techstep extends agreement with ISS Facility Services AS worth NOK 850 000 ARR to include SmartDevice
After signing the first contract with ISS more than 12 years ago, Techstep is now extending the agreement to also deliver SmartDevice for 1.700 employees in Norway.
SmartDevice is the complete and sustainable solution to help enterprises integrate and manage all mobile devices from procurement to end of life. Users are empowered to choose, fix, and replace mobile devices whilst enterprises have visibility and cost control over their mobile fleet.
ISS, a leading company within workplace experience and facility management, was looking for a solution to decrease administration of their employees‘ mobile devices from procurement to end-of-life. Moreover, they wanted to ensure that the old devices were handled in a secure and sustainable manner. When ISS is now extending their agreement to SmartDevice, they look to decrease indirect costs, reduce their environmental footprint, and utilise the residual value of returning old devices.
- As part of ISS's substantial focus on sustainability and our overall Net Zero goal, we look for partners who share our view on the use, reuse, and recycling of resources. Techstep has developed a solution that supports our goals as a responsible and sustainable business, and we are happy to expand our partnership, says Synne Hoffmann Wendelborg, Head of Sustainability, ISS Norway.
Techstep was chosen due to the solid existing relationship with ISS over many years. The agreement of 24 months has a total contract value of NOK 1.7 million. The solution will be deployed during Q2 and Q3, 2023.
