Systemair changes Group management

Systemair has just closed another strong year with a growth of 25 percent and very good profitability. As part of the Group's updated strategy, we are expanding the Group management team with an emphasis on strengthening our product and systems offering.

Martin Dahlgren will on September 18, 2023 take up the new role as Vice President Products and Technologies with responsibility for product range and product development. Martin has a long background from the ventilation industry with responsibility for global manufacturing and product development.

- With his broad experience and expertise, Martin will strengthen us in our systematic product development. As a member of Group Management, he will contribute to developing our product management and linking market requirements with product development and sales support. The mission is to create the most competitive product range in ventilation for our customers, says Roland Kasper, CEO, Systemair.

Our Vice President M&A, Janni Weber, has unfortunately chosen to move on to new challenges within Swedish industry. To replace him, we have immediately started a recruitment process.

- We thank Janni for his dedicated work during more than a year, which we had hoped would be longer, says Roland Kasper, CEO, Systemair.

From September 18, 2023, the group management in Systemair will consist of Anders Gustafsson - VP Global Supply Chain, Martin Dahlgren - VP Products and Technologies, Olle Glassel - VP Sales, Björn-Osvald Skandsen - VP Marketing, Anders Ulff - CFO and Roland Kasper - CEO as well as an open position for our future VP M&A.
