Swedish authority chooses Flowscape for occupancy analysis
A Swedish authority has chosen Flowscape's sensor office occupancy solution to do a three-month in-depth occupancy analysis. The final report will contain detailed graphs and recommendations for how many personal and flexible workplaces they need but also how many small and large rooms are needed.
"Many Swedish companies have now begun to realize that the hybrid way of working is here to stay and that it has changed their office needs. A first step is then to analyse how the existing office is used, to see what the needs look like for a new office. Flowscape has several dialogues with Swedish companies and authorities about helping them with this analysis. This customer's lease is about to expire and they are faced with a decision to stay in the same premises or move to a new premises. They have hired a property advisor, together with Flowscape, to help them analyse the office needs and come up with a decision basis.
We are very pleased that our system is so easy to install, and we are now launching the possibility to rent it for 3 months measurements including different sensor options as well as our advance reporting tool. We also offer our expertise in occupancy measurement and office analysis.
We help customers early in their process to a new or reconstructed office, but we also see this service as a good way to get in early in the process for a future choice of a full office management system.” says Peter Reigo, CEO and founder of Flowscape
