Supplement to the proposal by Detection Technology’s Shareholders’ Nomination Board to the Annual General Meeting 2023
Detection Technology’s Shareholders’ Nomination Board (Nomination Board) has supplemented its proposal to the Annual General Meeting 2023 regarding the composition of the Board of Directors and their remuneration.
The Nomination Board proposes to the Annual General meeting that an annual fixed remuneration of EUR 49,000 be paid to the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, provided a Vice Chair is elected.
The Nomination Board recommends that Henrik Roos be elected as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors.
Otherwise, the proposal of the Nomination Board to the Annual General Meeting, to be held on 30 March 2023, remains unchanged. The proposal has been published in a company announcement on 20 December 2022.
As of 1 September 2022, the composition of the Nomination Board has been as follows: Chair of the Nomination Board, CEO of A. Ahlström Oy Lasse Heinonen representing Ahlstrom Capital BV; Deputy Head of OP Asset Management Ltd. Kalle Saariaho representing OP mutual funds; and Director of Sustainability of Aktia Bank Plc Markus Lindqvist representing the Aktia Capital funds. The Chair of Detection Technology’s Board of Directors Hannu Syrjälä serves as an expert member of the Nomination Board.
