Stendörren’s board members Henrik Orrbeck and Nisha Raghavan declines re-election at the annual general meeting 2024

Stendörren Fastigheter AB's (publ) board members Henrik Orrbeck and Nisha Raghavan have informed the nomination committee that they are not available for re-election at the annual general meeting 2024.

Henrik Orrbeck has been a board member of Stendörren since January 2019 and Nisha Raghavan has been a board member since January 2020. The nomination committee will initiate the recruitment of their successors.

Henrik Orrbeck and Nisha Raghavan will continue as board members until the annual general meeting 2024, but I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their commitment to Stendörren during these years.
