Stendörren gives notice that condition for early voluntary redemption of its outstanding notes have been satisfied

Stendörren confirms that the condition contained in the conditional notice of early redemption given on 14 September 2023 (the “Conditional Notice of Early Redemption”) to all holders of the up to SEK 1,000,000,000 senior unsecured floating rate 2021/2024 notes with ISIN SE0015503545 (the “Notes”) has been satisfied.
In the Conditional Notice of Early Redemption, Stendörren notified the holders of the Notes that it would redeem its outstanding Notes, subject to the successful settlement of SEK-denominated senior unsecured green notes of up to approximately SEK 500,000,000 under a framework of SEK 600,000,000 with an expected term of 3.25 years.
Stendörren hereby confirms that the Condition (as defined in the Conditional Notice of Early Redemption) has been satisfied. Since the Condition (as defined in the Conditional Notice of Early Redemption) has been satisfied, the redemption as contemplated by the Conditional Notice of Early Redemption will occur on 10 October 2023.
28 September 2023 will be the last day for trading of the Notes in order for the trade to be registered in the debt register on the record date, being 3 October 2023.
