Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) exercises its right to early redemption of its outstanding 2019-securities

Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) (the “Company”) has previously issued subordinated perpetual floating rate callable capital securities with ISIN SE0013042413 (the “Capital Securities”). The Company has today formally exercised its right to an early voluntary redemption of the Capital Securities (the “Redemption”) and the Capital Securities will be redeemed early at a price equal to one hundred (100) per cent. of the nominal amount per Capital Security plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, and including the settlement date for the Redemption, which is expected to be 18 September 2024 and the record date for the Redemption is expected to be 11 September 2024, i.e. five (5) business days before 18 September 2024.

In connection with the Redemption, the Capital Securities will be delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm, and the intended last day of trading is 6 September 2024.
