SRV Group Plc’s Annual Report 2021 has been published today on 2 March 2022 on www.srv.fi/en/investors.

Annual Report includes the Annual Review, the Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements. The Annual Review includes the Corporate Governance Statement. The language versions are Finnish and English.

Remuneration Report 2021 of SRV Group Plc has been published on www.srv.fi/en > investors > corporate governance > remuneration.

The Annual Review 2021, Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements 2021 and Remuneration Report 2021 are available as PDF files as attachments of this release. SRV Group Plc publishes, for the second time, the Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The ESEF Financial statements have been assured by the auditor.
