SpectrumOne's main owner convert loan into shares

SpectrumOne AB (publ) issued a convertible loan amounting to SEK 10 million to Vildmarksstugor i Norrland AB during the first quarter of 2020. In accordance with the terms of the convertible loan, Vildmarksstugor i Norrland AB could convert all or part of the loan amount into shares in SpectrumOne AB until the maturity date on March 31, 2022 at a conversion price of SEK 1.00, which Vildmarksstugor i Norrland AB  has now decided to do.

After the conversion SpectrumOne’s  total number of shares will increase from 364,220,904 to 374,220,904. The share capital increases by SEK 1,000,000 and after conversion amounts to SEK 37,422,090.40.
