Solwers is planning geographical expansion and establishes a subsidiary in Poland

Solwers, operating in Finland and Sweden, is expanding its focus to new markets. The company's board has decided to establish a subsidiary in Poland and is currently exploring potential acquisition targets in the region.

"Our strategy since the establishment of Solwers has been to grow through acquisitions, starting in Finland and Sweden and then expanding to other countries as well. Significant investments are planned in Poland for infrastructure construction and the renewal of the energy industry. Poland is also emerging as logistics hub for Central Europe. Additionally, a substantial portion of the planning for the reconstruction of Ukraine is likely to take place in Poland. This presents growth opportunities in the industry and could potentially enable Solwers to participate in future projects," says Stefan Nyström, CEO of Solwers Plc.
