Skanska invests PLN 82M, about SEK 220M, in the final phase of a residential complex in Warsaw, Poland

{newsItem.title}

Skanska invests PLN 82M, about SEK 220M, in the sixth and final phase of the residential project Jaśminowy Mokotów in Warsaw, Poland. It will be composed of two types of housing: four three-storey urban villas with a total of 40 apartments and six semi-detached buildings with single-family houses.

The project is located in the Mokotów district. This phase will be equipped with innovative technologies that will not only improve the comfort of residents’ lives, but also minimize the estate’s environmental impact. Situated almost in the centre of Warsaw, it is distinguished by low-rise buildings encircled by greenery.

The buildings will use a combination of heat pumps, solar panels and a ventilation system with energy recovery. The semi-detached buildings will have a low annual demand for primary energy: approximately 30 kWh/m² per year, less than half the legal requirement. All apartments will also be equipped with the smart home management system Appartme, which allows remote or manual control of heating, electricity and water consumption by the residents.

Construction work for the final phase is scheduled to begin in October 2024 and is due for completion in the first quarter of 2026.
