Sinch establishes MTN programme of SEK 6 billion

Stockholm, Sweden – 23 May 2024 – Sinch AB (publ) has established an MTN-program for borrowing via bond markets with a framework amount of SEK 6 billion. A base prospectus has been prepared by Sinch and has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Under the programme, Sinch AB has the possibility to issue medium term notes in the capital market with a total value up to SEK 6 billion in Swedish kronor or euros. The MTN programme is a complement to Sinch’s existing financing structure and is an instrument to achieve increased diversification of funding sources and maturity profile.
