Share subscriptions based on stock options 2020 I, 2021 I and 2021 IV

Aiforia Technologies Plc, Company release, 7 February 2023, 09:00 a.m. EEST. A total of 55,200 Aiforia Technologies Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the Stock Options 2020 I, 2021 I and 2021 IV on 24 January 2023.

For subscriptions made with the stock options 2020 I, 2021 I and 2021 IV the entire subscription price of EUR 75,756.48 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 25,882,016.

The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2020 I, 2021 I and 2021 IV have been registered in the Trade Register on 7 February 2023, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. 

The shares will be traded in the Nasdaq Helsinki Plc’s First North Growth Market Finland -marketplace as an additional lot with the company’s old shares as of 8 February 2023.
