Share subscriptions based on stock options 2018, 2020A and 2020B
By 21 June 2023, a total of 579 450 Spinnova Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2018, 2020A and 2020B. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2018, 2020A and 2020B, the entire subscription price of EUR 1 513 842.30 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 52 227 785.

The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2018 and 2020B have been registered in the Trade Register on 4 July 2023, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
The shares will be traded in the First North Growth Market Finland marketplace maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Oy together with the old shares as of 5 July 2023.
The shares subscription period for stock options 2018 will end on 31 December 2028 and the shares subscription period for stock options 2020 will end on 31 December 2030.
