("ShaMaran" or the "Company") (SNM - TSXV, Nasdaq First North Growth Market), is an oil and gas company with a producing asset in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The Company has a 27.6% interest in the Atrush block and, upon the successful closing of the acquisition announced on July 12, 2021 with a TotalEnergies S.E. affiliate, the Company will then also have an 18% interest in the neighbouring Sarsang block.
The Company is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a virtual town hall meeting on September 2, 2021 at 18:00 CET (12:00 ET).
