VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Feb. 2, 2022 /CNW/ – ShaMaran Petroleum Corp. (“ShaMaran” or the “Company”) (SNM: TSXV and Nasdaq First North Growth Market (Stockholm)) announces the postponement of the publication of its 4Q 2021 and year-end financials and its 2021 reserves report until April 29, 2022 in order to allow the Company additional time to include in its reporting the Sarsang Acquisition, as previously announced on July 12, 2021.
