Risk Intelligence postpones the publication of its interim report for the period January - September 2023

Risk Intelligence A/S ("Risk Intelligence" or the "Company") hereby has decided to postpone the publication of the Company's interim report for the period January - September 2023 until 30 November 2023. The previously communicated date was 15 November 2023. The reason for the postponement is the ongoing rights issue.

In order to enable persons in a leading position, so-called insiders, who are subject to a 30-day trading ban prior to the publication of the company's financial reports, to participate in the rights issue, the Company Board of Directors has decided to postpone the publication of the company's interim report for the period January - September 2023 to 30 November 2023.
