Risk Intelligence A/S and an internationally operating Malaysian Energy Infrastructure Company sign a deal for the Risk Intelligence System and security consultancy
Risk Intelligence A/S and an internationally operating Malaysian Energy Infrastructure Company sign a deal for the Risk Intelligence System and security consultancy support to future operations.
The agreement will provide the Malaysian client with enhanced situational awareness as their operations expand. The client already has operations in in South-east Asia, South America and West Africa. Advisory Services, the Risk Intelligence consultancy arm, will be supporting their energy projects through bespoke security and voyage risk assessments, as well as via Risk Intelligence’s cloud-based tool, the Risk Intelligence System. This critical work will enable the planning, movement and implementation of critical energy infrastructure across the whole spectrum of the energy transition.
The parties have agreed to not to disclose the name of the client, but it is expected annual revenue will be at a level of 200,000 DKK per year with impact from Q2 2023.
Jim Pascoe, CCO of Risk Intelligence says:
“Another great win for the Risk Intelligence team. This new client is based in Malaysia but has operations globally which is where we come in. Direct liaison will take place with both our Singapore office, as well as the headquarters in Copenhagen. Their projects range from offshore wind in emerging markets to FPSO operations in more traditional areas. It will be an exciting client to work with as our broad range of expertise will be deployed for full support in the project planning phase, as well as monitoring of the security situation around their valuable infrastructure, once built.”
