Rightbridge Terminates acquisition of Raketspel Interaktiva Produktioner

Rightbridge Ventures Group AB ("Rightbridge") announces today that the planned acquisition of Raketspel Interaktiva Produktioner AB will not be completed.

Over the past few months, Rightbridge has worked intensively to renegotiate terms related to the financing of the transaction, including loan conditions, repayment periods, and capital raising. Despite these efforts, the current market conditions have been challenging, making it difficult to reach a sustainable solution.

The deadline to complete the transaction has now expired, and the parties have therefore agreed to terminate the deal.

The Board of Rightbridge has initiated work on alternative paths forward and will shortly present an action plan along with further information on the company’s strategic direction.
