Remedy has published its Annual Report, Financial Statement, Remuneration Report and Corporate Governance Statement for the year 2023.

All documents are attached to this release and are available at the company’s website: https://investors.remedygames.com.

In addition to a PDF file, the Financial Statement 2023 is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements as an XHTML file (in Finnish). In line with the ESEF requirements, the Group’s primary statements and notes are labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Remedy’s ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).
