Relesys achieved an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of DKKm 40.2. Relesys is narrowing the range for its ARR and Revenue guidance from previously DKKm 40 – 42 to now DKKm 41 – 42 and from previously DKKm 41 – 45 to now DKKm 42 – 45, respectively.
Summary:
Nine months into the year, Relesys continues to deliver on its promises by increasing sales in existing markets and by realizing the first sales from the newly established United Kingdom office.
- ARR increased from DKKm 29.6 in Q3 2021 to DKKm 40.2 in Q3 2022, corresponding to 36% year-on-year growth.
- NRR was 115% year-on-year.
- ARR net uplift was 20% year-on-year.
- ARR churn rate was 5% year-on-year.
- ARR from new customers increased by DKKm 1.5 during the period.
- Revenue grew from DKKm 9.4 in Q3 2021 to DKKm 10.9 in Q3 2022, corresponding to 16% year-on-year growth.
Financial Outlook 2022:
Relesys is narrowing the range for its ARR guidance from previously DKKm 40 – 42 to now DKKm 41 – 42.
Furthermore, Relesys is narrowing the range for it Revenue guidance from previously DKKm 41 – 45 to now DKKm 42 - 45.
Both ARR and Revenue guidance remains in line with the outlook presented in the IPO prospectus.
