New member to Relesys A/S’ Board of Directors

Today, 14 June 2023, Relesys A/S held an Extraordinary General Meeting in accordance with the notice and the agenda announced on May 26 2023, where Annette Blou Pryce was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors.

As a strategic advisor Annette has gained extensive experience in helping brands realize their growth potential and Relesys A/S is happy to welcome her to the board of directors. Annette comes with 20+ years of focus on strengthening companies' positioning in the market, including several years at leadership level at creative global network agencies. 

Annette Blou Pryce owns 16.181 shares in Relesys A/S.
