Registration of capital increase of 4,479,204 shares in Penneo A/S completed

Copenhagen, 7 March 2022

With reference to company announcement No. 6-2022, Penneo A/S ("Penneo") hereby announces that the capital increase of a nominal amount of DKK 89,584.08 consisting of 4,479,204 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.02 each, representing approximately 16.5% of the share capital and the voting rights before the capital increase, has been registered with the Danish Business Authority.

The new shares will be issued in the temporary ISIN code, DK0061681327, which will be merged with the primary ISIN code for existing shares, DK0061283009, as soon as possible after the capital increase has been registered with the Danish Business Authority. The temporary ISIN code, DK0061681327, will not be admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark but will only be registered with VP Securities A/S for use in connection with subscription for the new shares.

The new share capital will be reflected in Penneo's articles of association which are available on the Company’s webpage
