During the year, we focused on intensifying our sales activities and increasing our efficiency, to create the conditions for profitable growth going forward. At the same time, we embarked on a targeted journey to strengthen our position in the market and to facilitate the transition towards a more sustainable, resilient and attractive society.

“The year was characterised by a challenging market with a subdued or cautious investment appetite in some sectors. This affected our various segments to varying degrees. Housing construction in Sweden continued to decline, but we see positive developments in the areas of energy, industry and urban development, where the green transition is driving investment. Many investments are being made in existing buildings, and these are characterised by circularity and reuse.There is a strong long-term demand for our services and expertise, where our skilled engineers, architects and specialists work together to meet the complex challenges in society”, says Andreas Hatzigeorgiou, President and CEO.
