Proact achieves top results again in Radar's customer satisfaction report
Proact, Europe's leading independent provider of cloud services and data centres, has been named one of the top five in industry analyst Radar's annual Supplier Quality report for Infrastructure and Operations and Consulting Services.
Since 2011, Radar has presented its report on supplier quality, in which customers assess the general ability of suppliers in various parts of the delivery process. 1,100 Swedish organisations participated in this year's survey. The report confirms Proact's position as a leading supplier in two of four categories — Infrastructure and Operations as well as Consultancy Services. The suppliers that ranked highest in each category are considered by Radar to be "leading" and significantly above average in terms of creating value and high customer satisfaction.
According to the Radar report, customers are generally experiencing increased proactive measures from the leading service providers when it comes to preventing security threats. This can be explained by the suppliers’ active efforts to combat threats such as third-party intrusions, disruptions and attacks against outsourcing or cloud service providers.
"We are extremely happy to get concrete confirmation of what we have already seen in the market. Despite a period of turbulence in the world around us, we have managed to maintain our customers' trust thanks to successful collaborations both internally and with customers," says Magnus Lönn, Business Unit Director Nordic & Baltics at Proact. "Radar's report is proof of our ability to meet our customers' challenges and continue to offer them high-quality service.”
"The Radar Supplier Quality 2023 results show that proactive efforts made by suppliers are increasingly valued in a period where customers are confronted with tight budgets, economic uncertainty and increased cyberthreats," says Hans Werner, CEO of Radar.
