Prisma Properties Expands with KFC – Signs Long-Term Lease in Häggvik, Stockholm

Prisma Properties (publ) has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Nordic Service Partners, the operator of KFC in Sweden. The deal involves the development of a new KFC restaurant in the popular Häggvik retail area north of Stockholm. The annual rent is estimated at SEK 1.4 million.

This is the sixth restaurant in the Nordics where Nordic Service Partners and KFC have chosen Prisma Properties as their development partner.

"Häggvik is a fast-growing part of Sollentuna, and this project will further enhance the dining options for the local community. The fact that KFC has once again chosen Prisma as a partner is a clear sign of our ability to deliver quality," says Carsten Krebs, CDO of Prisma Properties.

"This will be our seventh KFC location in Stockholm, and we’re looking to hire about 50 new employees. We’re excited to bring our tasty offerings to even more chicken lovers," says Johan Persson, CEO of Nordic Service Partners.

The new restaurant is set to open in Q4 2024.
