Ponsse Plc’s Annual Report for 2023 including Financial Statements and Board of Director’s Report, and Sustainability Report for 2023 have been published on the company website. Ponsse has also published its Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for the financial year 2023 on the company’s website.

The Financial Statements is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in xHTML format. The primary statements have been marked with XBRL tags. The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Ponsse's ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.
