Pixelfox AB is developing its AI service, Userdesk, for Shopify’s platform

Pixelfox AB announces that its AI customer support platform, Userdesk (https://userdesk.io), will be made available for Shopify and its extensive network of online merchants. This initiative is part of the company’s expansion strategy and aims to offer an efficient solution for customer management.

E-commerce has experienced strong growth in recent years, with an estimated 30 million online stores worldwide. Shopify is one of the leading players, accounting for nearly a quarter of these stores. By integrating Userdesk into the Shopify ecosystem, Pixelfox AB intends to meet the growing demand for business-focused applications.
