Penneo receives approvals for admission to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market and deletion from Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark

With reference to company announcements no. 16-2021 and no. 9-2022, Penneo today announces the receipt of the following approvals from Nasdaq Copenhagen regarding:
- Application for admission of Penneo’s shares to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market subject to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority’s approval of a listing prospectus by Penneo.
- Application for deletion of Penneo’s shares from trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark subject to and conditional upon the approval of admission of the Company’s shares to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market.
Following receipt of the above approvals, Penneo confirms the previously announced timetable for the transfer of Penneo’s shares to Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market:
- Publication of a listing prospectus no later than 1 April 2022 before 09:00
- Last day of trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark on 1 April 2022
- First day of trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market on 4 April 2022
