Penneo publishes Listing Prospectus for listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market

With reference to company announcements no. 16-2021, no. 9-2022 and no. 10-2022, Penneo today announces the publication of a listing prospectus which has been approved by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (the “Listing Prospectus”) for the admission to trading and official listing of Penneo’s shares on Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market (the “Listing”).

The purpose of the Listing Prospectus is to have the Company’s shares admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market and there is no offering of securities for sale or subscription in connection with the Listing.

The last day of trading Penneo’s shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark is today, 1 April 2022, and the first day of trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market is 4 April 2022. The Company’s shares will be admitted to trading and official listing under the Company’s existing symbol “PENNEO” and under the ISIN code of the existing shares DK0061283009.
