Candidates to the Board of Directors
Enclosed are details on the candidates to the Board of Directors of Össur hf., to be elected at the Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 13 March 2024 at 9:00 AM (GMT) at the Company’s headquarters at Grjótháls 5, Reykjavík, Iceland.
It should be noted that the Board of Directors proposes to amend to the Company’s Articles of Association so that the Board is composed of 4-7 individuals instead of 5. The Board of Directors proposes that 6 individuals are elected at the Annual General Meeting for the upcoming term.
