Simsan AS, a related party to Arve Regland, EVP Finance and CFO of Orkla ASA, has on 29 October 2024 bought 15,000 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 103.70 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Regland and related parties own 100,000 shares in Orkla.
