Results of OrderYOYO A/S' ("OrderYOYO") extraordinary general meeting on 27 January 2023
Today, OrderYOYO held an extraordinary general meeting in accordance with the notice and the agenda announced on 12 January 2023.
The following resolutions were adopted:
- In accordance with agenda item 1, Victor Garcia was elected as new member to the board of directors of OrderYOYO.
- In accordance with agenda item 2, the proposal to amend article 6.1 of OrderYOYO's articles of association was approved, adding "samt til disse personers helejede selskaber" (DK) and "and to companies wholly owned by such persons" (UK) to article 6.1 of the articles of association and Section 1.1. of Appendix 1 to OrderYOYO's articles of association.
OrderYOYO's new articles of association and Appendix 1 of the articles of association is made available on OrderYOYO's website.
