New chairperson of the board of directors of OrderYOYO A/S ("OrderYOYO")

With reference to company announcements no. 39-2023 and 44-2023, the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held by OrderYOYO today, on January 27, 2023, elected Victor Garcia as a new member of the board of directors. Following the extraordinary general meeting, the board of directors of OrderYOYO held a board meeting with the purpose of, among other things, electing a new chairperson among its members.

 

At the board meeting, the board of directors unanimously decided to elect Victor Garcia as the new chairperson of the board of directors.

 

The changes to the board of directors are expected to be registered with the Danish Business Authority today, January 27, 2023.
