OmniCar Provides Corporate Update

OmniCar Holding AB ("OmniCar"), an innovative and mobile car service provider, today announced a corporate update with information supporting the aim to become a European market leader

With over 10 000 happy customers and a 4,9 out of 5 rating OmniCar has proven the unique mobile service offer to be a success. OmniCar is taping right into the megatrends in terms of customers looking for convenience, availability, transparency, and customization, which is something OmniCar is offering customers already, giving us some tailwind in our ambition becoming a convenient car partner for life.

OmniCar’s data driven approach, the newly develop unique platform which offers e.g. a real time price generator, a geo-planning tool, and an integrated parts ordering system gives OmniCar a very solid foundation to enter 2023 with.

OmniCar will during 2023 reach profitability through operation optimization, clear value proposition, secure continued customer success and developing B2B offer together with strategic partnerships. Optimization of daily operations is of outmost importance to support a scalable business model preparing OmniCar for expansion.

OmniCar’s clear plan is to expand and utilize the potential in all of Europe. First in line is greater metropolitan areas in Sweden and Norway due to great potential and synergies with Denmark. OmniCar will enter with a combination organic growth and “big bang” in the largest cities using partnership for logistics and customers to fast track the market.

In 2025 OmniCar have the ambition to obtain a market leading position within mobile service in three countries and by 2027 the goal is to have a market leading position for mobile service within Europe.
