OmniCar Holding AB: Update on guidance and launch date for online marketplace for cars

BACKGROUND:

As previously announced, we have during Q1 2022 worked on our target for 2022. Based on below factors we can now announce a more accurate revenue target for 2022

1. We estimate an average transaction value for our sold cars at SEK 400.000 – this transaction size is based on the price for a medium range used e-cars sold in Denmark
2. We estimate same growth rate for OmniCarService during 2022 as we had in 2021 – based on 20 vans end of year operating in Denmark
3. We estimate 570 sold cars during 2022 – this number is based on what we estimate we can source of cars in Europe during 2022
4. We estimate the majority of the 570 cars will be sold during Q3 + Q4, where we will have full stock
5. We will launch the car marketplace on 19th of April 2022

Above estimates will result in an annual revenue for OmniCar Holding for 2022 in the range of SEK 200 mill – SEK 250 mill

On an annual rolling basis we estimate to reach 600-800 million SEK (goal of a monthly revenue in December 2022 of 58 million SEK multiplied with 12)
