Olvi plc appoints Esa Hyttinen as Group General Counsel and member of Olvi Group’s Management Team
Esa Hyttinen, LL.M, has been appointed as Olvi plc’s Group General Counsel and member of Olvi Group’s Management Team as of 29 February 2024.
The Group General Counsel has overall responsibility for the group’s legal affairs and acts as secretary to the Board of Directors of the parent company. The position is new in the company, and Esa Hyttinen will report to Olvi CEO Patrik Lundell.
Esa Hyttinen (born 1978) joins Olvi from Tietoevry, where he most recently served as Deputy General Counsel. Esa worked at Tietoevry for more than 14 years in positions related to corporate, the securities market and contract law, data protection and compliance, as well as in the planning and execution of mergers and acquisitions.
We are extremely pleased to have Esa on board. His expertise and this new position will play an important role in implementing our strategy and developing our operations in both existing and potential new markets.
